| Bring along | Sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream, swimwear and T-shirt to wear under the life jacket (which we provide), a warmer shirt (for those who get cold easily, depending on the season), water shoes (or flip-flops), a bottle of water, a full change of clothes and shoes, a beach towel. Only for those prone to motion sickness: motion sickness pills and/or acupressure wristbands. |

| Important information | Excursions are strictly subject to sea conditions. In the event of bad weather, the tour will be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule due to adverse weather will be communicated to you by phone (+39 376 2534929) as soon as possible (though sometimes this may happen close to the scheduled departure time). For this reason, we ask you to provide a phone number during registration, which will strictly not be used for marketing purposes. For those prone to motion sickness (sea or car sickness): please come prepared with appropriate pills and/or wristbands. The manufacturer of some of our kayaks sets a maximum weight limit of 100 kg (220 lbs) and a maximum height of 190 cm (6'3"). Set sail from the Scalo di Alaggio in Lido Conchiglie for an adventure shaped by the wind and the sea. We will point our bow towards the Montagna Spaccata to explore its hidden gem, caressed by the waves: a small, enchanting sea cave carved into the rock. Our journey continues towards the Oasis of the Four Columns (Quattro Colonne) in Santa Maria al Bagno, a historical wonder to be admired directly from the water. Before turning back, we will treat ourselves to a moment of pure bliss: a revitalizing swim and a journey beneath the surface for some snorkeling. Snorkeling masks, expert tips, and guidance are all provided by us!
And if the sea calls for a different route? We will choose the path of absolute serenity, paddling along the Padula Bianca coastline all the way to Rivabella. A welcoming journey characterized by shallow, crystal-clear waters that paint the sea in an incredible shade of green, perfect for a relaxing and safe paddle.
