The workshop is an experiential activity suitable for children of all ages.
They will exploit the 5 senses using imagination, creativity, originality, concentration and memory.The workshop takes place in a charming location in the historical centre of Lecce, where children will make a small artifact, guided by a master papier-mâché maker.
You can choose between:
PAPIER-MÂCHÉ WORKSHOP After a short explanation about the history of papier-mâché, the child will make an artifact, such as a small statue, a rose or a book.
ORIGAMI WORKSHOP The workshop aims to stimulate imagination and creativity by reproducing various subjects, such as birds, through the use of simple materials: paper, glue and scissors.
CERAMICS WORKSHOP By retracing the steps of the ancient art of ceramics, the young artists will have the opportunity to create objects such as faces or animals.
PIETRA LECCESE WORKSHOP The typical stone of Salento will take shape in the small artifacts made by the participants, with the use of specific tools and helped by an expert.
