We depart from Lecce with our 9-seater van. Once in Castro, we start with a fascinating 2-hour boat tour to discover the sea caves.
During the tour, there is a stop to dive into the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. You will admire Grotta Palombara, Grotta Rotundella, Grotta Azzurra, Grotta Zinzulusa (sea side), Grotta Romanelli and Grotta delle Striare.
After the boat tour, you will reach Otranto with our driver, for a relaxing walk through the wonderful narrow streets of the historical centre. You will have about 1 hour and 30 minutes to visit the small town, famous for the Cathedral, with its mosaic floor, the crypt and the ossuary chapel with the bones of 800 martyrs. Other attractions include the Castle, Basilichetta di San Pietro, the walls of the town and the colorful little stores.
At the end of the tour, we return to Lecce.
