During this tour you will discover the wine production in Salento. You will visit a wine cellar of excellence where you will taste wines produced from the two most important grape varieties, Negroamaro and Primitivo, all accompanied by local products, cold meats, cheeses and other delicacies.
Possible departures are at 10 a.m. or 2.30 p.m. to reach the winery about 30 minutes later. The duration of the tour is approximately 3 hours including transfers.
At the winery, you will be accompanied by an expert who will explain the main process of wine production which are now exported all over the world. This is a winery of limited production to ensure above-average product quality.
