In a lovely bistro among the charming narrow streets of Lecce, you will learn how to create orecchiette, the typical Apulian pasta.You will start from the raw materials to the creation of the final product.
During this nice experience, you will enjoy a wine tasting with typical products. You will taste 4 wines from the best Salento wineries, learning about their organoleptic characteristics. At the end of the class, you will taste "your orecchiette" and other local delicacies varying by seasonality.
